EAA Chapter Renewal Forms

Each year Chapters and Squadrons are required to go through the annual renewal process. The renewal process is easy, it just requires that each Chapter/Squadron complete and submit the required documents.

• Young Eagles Coordinator Form
• Charter Renewal Agreement (US and Canada)
• Charter Renewal Agreement (International)
• Insurance
• Checklist (US and Canada)
• Checklist (International)

Remember, the documents must be returned to the Chapter Office by January 15, 2010 in order for your Chapter or Squadron to remain in good standing for 2010. Each Chapter/Squadron should submit one set of documents, so please check with your Chapter/Squadron President to see if they have already submitted the necessary material prior to sending in another set of documents.
